WhatsApp campaign scheduler for opted-in subscribers
Plan a week of WhatsApp messages in a few clicks: Claude suggests the days and times, writes the variants, and DMCircuit sends only to people who said yes.
DMCircuit schedules WhatsApp campaigns as part of a weekly rotation across your platforms. It sends only to subscribers (people who replied SUBSCRIBE or whom you marked with a note of how they agreed), uses your Meta-approved template outside the 24-hour window, sends between 08:00 and 21:00 in your audience's time zone, and ends every message with “Reply STOP to opt out.”
How a campaign is planned
The campaign wizard asks for your goal, the message idea, the platforms, the audience, the time zone and the pace. Claude then proposes a rotating weekly schedule, each platform on its own days at the hours people use it, and writes two or three message variants per platform. For WhatsApp that usually means lunch breaks and early evenings, warm and short.
| Day | Time | Platform | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| Wednesday | 12:30 | Lunch break, when personal messages get read | |
| Saturday | 10:30 | Weekend morning, unhurried | |
| Tuesday | 10:00 | Slack | Mid-morning on a working day |
| Friday | 18:00 | Discord | Evening, when communities are active |
Example rotation. Claude's plan for your business may differ, and you can change every slot before you start.
Every Monday, once a campaign has at least 20 sends, Claude reviews replies, clicks, sales and opt-outs per slot and suggests a better schedule. You can apply it with one click or let it apply itself.
WhatsApp's rules, built in
- Approved templates outside 24 hours. Subscribers who haven't messaged you in the last 24 hours get your Meta-approved message template, with
{{1}},{{2}}and{{3}}filled with first name, tracked link and brand in the order you choose. People inside the window get a normal message. - Opt-in first. Only subscribers get campaigns. Someone who sent STOP can't be marked subscribed again; they have to opt back in themselves.
- Template charges. Meta charges per template message, by category and country. Watch Meta's billing page in your first week.
Sending rules
- Slots sit between 08:00 and 20:30, and nothing is sent after 21:00 local time.
- Nobody gets more than one campaign message per gap you set (7 days by default), across all campaigns.
- About 25 messages a minute across all campaigns, and the database claims each person once per slot, so overlapping runs can't double-send.
- Slots that come due while a campaign is paused are skipped, never sent late.
- STOP, unsubscribe and similar one-word replies stop every automated message to that person on that platform until they send START.
- Security issues, refunds, legal questions, press, angry messages and “talk to a human” pause the bot for that person for 24 hours and alert you by email and phone.
- No more than 6 bot messages per contact per hour, and one emergency switch silences every automated send.
Questions
Can I message my whole WhatsApp contact list?
No. Campaigns go only to subscribers: people who replied SUBSCRIBE (or a phrase like “sign me up”) or whom you marked subscribed with a note of how they agreed.
Do I need a WhatsApp template?
Yes, for anyone outside the 24-hour window. Create and get the template approved in WhatsApp Manager before you build the campaign.
Which other platforms can share the schedule?
Slack, Discord, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, X, Bluesky and Mastodon, each with its own rules. Instagram and Facebook reach only people who messaged you in the last 24 hours.
How do people opt out?
Every campaign message ends with “Reply STOP to opt out.” STOP works on every platform, even during an emergency stop.
